Welcome to Knaakit, a product of Meritlife Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Knaakit", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Knaakit mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account or using Knaakit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

1. Eligibility

To use Knaakit, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

• Have a valid email address for account registration.

• Use a compatible UPI-enabled payment application for purchases made through Knaakit where applicable.

• Provide accurate and complete account information.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.

2. About Knaakit

Knaakit is a hyperlocal rewards and merchant discovery platform that enables users to:

• Discover nearby participating merchants.

• Make purchases through their preferred UPI application.

• Earn loyalty coins on eligible purchases.

• Redeem coins at participating merchants, subject to merchant participation and redemption rules.

Knaakit is not a bank, payment gateway, wallet, or financial institution.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

• Keeping your login credentials secure.

• All activities performed through your account.

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions.

• Impersonate another individual.

• Provide false information.

• Transfer or sell your account.

Knaakit may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments

Payments are completed using third-party UPI applications selected by the user.

Knaakit:

• Does not store your bank account information.

• Does not store your UPI PIN.

• Does not process your payment credentials.

• Does not guarantee the availability or performance of any UPI application.

Any payment failure caused by banks, NPCI, UPI providers, internet connectivity, or third-party applications is outside Knaakit's control.

5. Loyalty Coins

Loyalty Coins are promotional reward points provided by participating merchants through the Knaakit platform.

Coins:

• Have no cash value.

• Cannot be exchanged for money.

• Cannot be transferred between users unless explicitly supported by Knaakit.

• May only be redeemed according to the redemption rules displayed within the application.

Coins are not a digital currency, cryptocurrency, prepaid balance, or stored monetary value.

6. Coin Expiry

Certain promotional coins may expire after a specified period.

The applicable validity period, redemption conditions, and usage restrictions will be displayed within the application.

Expired coins cannot be restored unless required by applicable law.

7. Merchant Participation

Each participating merchant independently determines:

• Available rewards.

• Eligible products or services.

• Redemption limits.

• Promotional campaigns.

• Business hours.

• Product availability.

Knaakit is not responsible for:

• Product quality.

• Merchant pricing.

• Service quality.

• Delivery delays.

• Stock availability.

• Merchant conduct.

Any disputes regarding purchased goods or services should first be addressed with the merchant.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Manipulate rewards.

• Abuse promotional campaigns.

• Generate fake transactions.

• Use automated scripts or bots.

• Reverse engineer the application.

• Attempt unauthorized access.

• Interfere with platform security.

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

Violation may result in account suspension, forfeiture of rewards, or permanent termination.

9. Fraud Prevention

Knaakit reserves the right to:

• Review transactions.

• Delay rewards pending verification.

• Cancel fraudulent rewards.

• Suspend suspicious accounts.

• Reverse rewards obtained through abuse.

• Cooperate with law enforcement where required.

Fraud includes, but is not limited to:

• Fake purchases.

• Self-transactions.

• Duplicate payment claims.

• Merchant-user collusion.

• Reward farming.

• Identity impersonation.

10. Promotions

Promotions, referral campaigns, bonus coins, merchant offers, and special rewards may:

• Be modified.

• Be suspended.

• Be discontinued.

• Have eligibility criteria.

• Be available only for limited periods.

Knaakit reserves the right to change promotional programs without prior notice.

11. Intellectual Property

All content within Knaakit, including but not limited to:

• Logos

• Brand names

• Icons

• Graphics

• Illustrations

• Interface designs

• Software

• Source code

• Trademarks

are owned by or licensed to Meritlife Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of Knaakit is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Service Availability

We strive to keep Knaakit available at all times.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The Services may occasionally become unavailable due to:

• Maintenance

• Software updates

• Technical failures

• Internet connectivity

• Third-party outages

• Force majeure events

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meritlife Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages.

• Loss of profits.

• Loss of rewards.

• Business interruption.

• Data loss.

• Payment failures caused by third parties.

• Merchant actions or omissions.

• Unauthorized account access resulting from user negligence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms.

• Engage in fraudulent activity.

• Misuse rewards.

• Harm other users or merchants.

• Use the Services unlawfully.

Users may also permanently delete their account directly from within the application.

16. Changes to the Services

Knaakit may:

• Add new features.

• Modify existing functionality.

• Remove services.

• Change reward structures.

• Introduce subscription plans.

• Update merchant eligibility.

Such changes may occur without prior notice where permitted by law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where Meritlife Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has its registered office, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
