Delete Your Knaakit Account
This page allows users of Knaakit, published by Meritlife Technologies, to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
To request deletion, send an email to [SUPPORT EMAIL] from the email address associated with your [APP NAME] account.
Use the subject line:
Delete my Knaakit account
Please include your registered email address or user ID. We may ask for additional information to verify ownership of the account.
Alternatively, you can submit a deletion request through the [ACCOUNT DELETION FORM LINK].
What will be deleted
After verifying your request, we will permanently delete:
Your Knaakit account.
Your name, email address, phone number, and profile information.
Authentication credentials and account identifiers.
User-generated content associated with your account
App activity, preferences, and settings.
Payment-related information stored by Knaakit, where applicable.
Data that may be retained
We may retain the following information only when legally required or necessary for legitimate business purposes:
Transaction and accounting records required by applicable law.
Fraud-prevention, security, or abuse-prevention records.
Records needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Retained information will be restricted, protected, and deleted when the applicable retention requirement ends. Legally required transaction records will be retained for 90 days. Security or fraud-prevention records will be retained for 90 days.
Processing time
We will process verified deletion requests within 2 working days. Once deletion is completed, the action generally cannot be reversed.
